Shape Up NYC: High Intensity Interval Training

You don’t have to be a former Navy Seal to join this High Intensity Interval Training class – just a willingness to work out and a positive, can-do attitude. Multiple modifications of the exercises will be offered that tailor the degree of difficulty to each participant. Benefits include increased strength and improved balance & flexibility.
