Shape Up NYC: Kick, Box, and Chill

This cardio kickboxing class combines punches and kicks with a variety of cardiovascular and strength-building exercises. Benefits include improved balance, muscle tone, coordination & flexibility – as well as stronger abs & reduced stress.
