Hudson Guild’s Mental Health Services provide a broad array of prevention and treatment strategies, including a fully licensed, professionally staffed mental health clinic; on-site school-based services; supportive services for families at risk of abuse or neglect and crisis counseling.

HUDSON GUILD OFFERS GROUPS AND WORKSHOPS TO HELP YOU FEEL BETTER.

·         Anger Management Training.  In a 12-week structured anger management group you will learn problem solving, self-control, communication, and stress management. 

·         Your Best Years!  Improving Your Mood for Seniors.  If you are 55+, suffer from depression, anxiety or stress, this group can help you learn to manage your emotions and form more satisfying relationships. 

·         “Moving On” Group.   A safe, supportive group for people who have experienced trauma and who are looking to re-establish a sense of safety and trust.  Learn about self-care/self-soothing, and learn to trust and make satisfying emotional connections.

·         Anger Management for Teenage Boys.  A short-term group for adolescent boys who have problems managing their temper.

·         Gay Men’s Depression & Anxiety Group.  A group for gay men who suffer from depression or anxiety.

·         Parenting Workshop & Support Group.  An effective workshop for parents who want to learn skills to manage difficult children. 

·         All groups and workshops are conducted by qualified workers.
