OUTPATIENT CLINIC SERVICES

Since 1948 Hudson Guild's Outpatient Clinic has provided comprehensive counseling and support, mental health, and psychiatric services to the West Side of Manhattan. Licensed by New York State-Office of Mental Health, our clinic is staffed with bilingual and multicultural certified social workers, and services are provided in a confidential, friendly setting. English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, and Taiwainese are spoken.

Individual Treatment: We serve children, adolescents, adults and families. Our caring and committed clinicians customize treatment approaches to meet each individual's unique needs. Clients can feel comfortable exploring such issues as depression, anxiety/stress, alcohol and/or substance abuse, relationships, careers, parenting, sexual identity, bereavement, employment, and financial concerns. Our efforts are focused on providing support and assistance to help our clients more optimally function.

Medication Management: We are staffed with both adult and child/adolescent psychiatrists. Psychiatric evaluations and medication management are provided as needed.

Group treatment: New groups are created throughout the year. Currently we offer the following:

-Anger Management Group: this multi-week sequence is for adults who have difficulty controlling their anger, and provides both support and useful tools for change.

Payment Methods: Hudson Guild's Outpatient Clinic has several methods of payment currently accepted including Medicaid, Medicare, affordable sliding scale fees (based on income), and several Managed Care Plans including HIP, Fidelis and Center Care.
