Total Body Tabata is high-intensity interval training that builds endurance and strength. Tabata’s format includes 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest that is repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes to tax both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems and decrease body fat.
