Thank you for your interest in Hudson Guild’s 2026 Summer Camp! We’re excited to offer your child(ren) a safe, fun, inclusive, and engaging experience during our 7-week program. Below is key information regarding applications, required documents, program dates, attendance policies, and acceptance notifications. If your question isn’t answered here, a member of our team will respond within 24–48 hours. Please note: We currently operate school-year programs, so responses between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM may be delayed. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Summer Camp Dates

Monday, July 1 – Friday, August 14, 2026

  • Doors open: 8:00 AM
  • Pickup ends: 5:45 PM

Registration Dates

  • Currently Enrolled Families (School Year 9/15/2025 - 6/13/2026):
    Register between April 20 – April 24, 2025
  • All Other Families:
    Register between April 27 – May 15, 2025

Applications submitted before April 27 will not be considered.

Attendance Requirements

To maintain your child’s placement in the program:

  • Campers must attend at least 3 days per week
  • Participation is required all 7 weeks
    If your child(ren) will miss time due to travel or another camp, please inform the Summer Camp team as early as possible.

How to Apply

Families can register for both of our Elliott programs through Discover DYCD:

  3. Select your desired program
  4. Add to Waitlist and complete the application steps

Acceptance Notifications

Families will receive a formal email between May 26th & June 2nd from this email address if selected to attend. The email will include next steps such as paperwork, signatures, medical form, IEP, parent orientation sign up and a deadline for confirmation.
