Charlene is the Human Resources Coordinator here at Hudson Guild and has been for almost four years now. Throughout those years she has experienced the growth and evolution of the Human Resources department. During the peak of the pandemic in 2020, Charlene and the team were able to hire 40 new employees at Hudson Guild! She loves to be a part of an organization that is so involved in the community and where everyone involved cares so deeply about coming together to help all Hudson Guild participants.
Charlene first started at Hudson Guild as a HR Assistant and has since greatly contributed to helping Hudson Guild adapt to current times. She’s grateful that Hudson Guild has allowed her to dive into different initiatives to explore her strengths and work towards her goals. Charlene would love to someday travel to the South of France!
