Summer Camp Swing

As adults, many people look back fondly on the days of summer camp. Every year Hudson Guild hosts summer programming for over 250 children from low-income families because we believe it offers a structured opportunity for children to grow. We disconnect them from electronics and give them a chance to run, jump and play like kids were meant to play. This year our children participated in various group activities including field day and dozens of group activities that allowed them to discover their strengths and weaknesses. The benefits of summer day camp are endless and can last a lifetime. Our children made new friends and created memories we hope will they will cherish for many years to come.
