Sponsors will fill out the form below and choose the size of the family they would like to support. We recommend a budget of approximately $100 per
family member so please choose a family size consistent with your budget. We will only accept unused, new items.
Important Dates to Remember
November 13th - You will receive your family match information by this date.
Once you receive this email, please reply to us to confirm by November 18th. If you haven't heard from us by November 13th, please reach out to
us to let us know.
November 30th - December 4th - FINAL days to drop off gifts.
All gifts must be dropped off at Hudson Guild Elliott Center at 441 West 26th Street, New York, NY anytime between 10:00am and 6:00pm. We encourage all sponsors
to contact us with the specific date and time that you expect to drop off gifts.
